Return to Base—No Stress
At MeadowDew Sunrise, we understand that the journey toward the right gear sometimes includes a few turns. If your order didn’t meet expectations, we offer a clear, fair, and flexible return and refund policy.

Return Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, returns must:

• Be in unused and unworn condition

• Include all original tags and packaging

• Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear or do not meet our standards.

Initiating a Return
To begin the return process:

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll respond with instructions and return details within 1–2 business days.

3. Ship the item back to the provided return address within 7 days of approval.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable (unless the product was defective or incorrect).

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of defects or shipping errors.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item was received damaged or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll take care of the issue—whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
